The legal team is responsible for supporting legal and corporate governance and compliance across all areas of the business.

Position Description

As a lawyer in the team, you will provide expert legal advice and assistance with all aspects of the Company’s business to help ensure the Company and its Directors meet their legal responsibilities while achieving the business objectives.

You will also be drafting, reviewing and of contracts and other documentation relating to energy service agreements, supplier agreements and non-disclosure agreements as well as supporting the regulatory, risk and assurance functions to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the appropriate level of post-qualification experience (2-5 years’ PQE) and have relevant private practice and/or in-house experience in the Technology, Media, Telecoms and/or IP sectors. Commercial/industry experience is desirable. More specifically:

• Experience advising Business to Business customers
• Confident to work independently, able to take initiative and manage time effectively
• Pragmatic and solutions focussed and collaborative in their working style
• Process driven and willing to work on compliance and policy matters, including playbooks and other proactive initiatives to drive efficiencies
