Finance Team

The team advises clients on the full range of public and private financings. Their experience encompasses the complete spectrum of equity, debt and hybrid instruments issued by U.S. and international companies in global markets.

Our client represents a diverse range of public and private companies of all sizes, investment banks, private equity firms, and governments and government entities across the globe.

Position Description

You will be able to gain experience across high yield and investment grade debt and public and private equity offerings, as well as general corporate experience, including advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters.

As a lawyer in the team, you will get the opportunity to structure new securities and transactions for clients that enable them to meet their business goals and work across the complete spectrum of equity, debt and hybrid instruments issued by U.S. and international companies in global markets.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the appropriate level of post-qualification experience (2-5 years’ PQE in a City, major regional or leading international firm) and have broad exposure across a range of high value and/or complex transactions. More specifically:

• Expertise in high yield and investment grade debt and public and private equity offerings
• General corporate experience, including advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters
• High level of academic achievement
• Previous experience at a top-tier firm preferred
