This is a great opportunity to join a growing and busy Banking and Finance practice that has a market leading reputation in Islamic Finance.
The MENA banking and finance practice represents banks, investment banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide range of financing transactions, drawing on expertise from the corporate, real estate, construction and insurance practice groups. The practice is particularly well regarded for its market leading Islamic Finance expertise and its ability to advise on complex cross-border finance transactions.
The firm specialises in finance matters across its offices in the UAE, Qatar, KSA and United Kingdom. They advise on local law issues within the region without appointing external counsel and as such are very familiar with local and international nuances when completing high value and complex transactions.
The role is to work with the partners to manage a caseload of Islamic Finance and conventional finance matters and assist regional and international banks, financial institutions, customers and borrowers with a wide range of finance.
