Henley Reid are assisting a highly innovative Tier 1 employment law firm team in their search for an experienced employment lawyer in Melbourne.

Team

The team is made up of 3 Partners who cover the full spectrum of employment matters – advisory, WHS, and workplace relations. This opportunity is well suited for a strong workplace relations lawyer with a keen interest in industrial relations, workplace bargaining, investigations, and workplace disputes, and is looking to join an environment that will allow them to specialise.

Position Description

The successful lawyer will work with a leading team on a range of workplace relations matters for national and international clients in Victoria and Australia. You will gain access to clients across the

public and private sectors, and will be mentored by Partners who are consistently ranked and recognised for the quality of their work.

Key Requirements

· At least 2 years post admission experience in workplace relations;

· Strong drafting and negotiation skills and disputes experience;

· Willingness to join a growing, innovative team that is focused on employment law;

· Excellent academic background and communication skills.
